Galaxy was able to deliver a solution that addresses each customer requirement within assigned timelines, with reliability and using a minimum budget. Galaxy’s solution helped the customer to: Empower their employees with flexible work locations and timings, leading to an increased productivity across the organization. Likewise, instead of most employees carrying multiple devices that are difficult to manage, many employees now use a single phone/tablet. While device configuration used to take more than 30 minutes per device earlier, the VMware Workspace suite has reduced this time to less than 5 minutes. Thus, customer’s IT team is now able to deliver the same experience securely and reliably across applications on each device. This has led to better management and security. This project was rolled out for a group of 20000 employees chosen by the client. Based on positive outcomes of this implementation and tangible business benefits therein, the bank is planning the next phase of roll out to cover almost 3 – 4 Lac employees across the country.
