Role Summary
Lead a team of sales professionals focused on commercial accounts, driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 5–8 sales executives
- Own the commercial business revenue target for the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Develop go-to-market strategies for product and solutions portfolios
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for seamless customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B IT sales with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT products (hardware, software, services)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in office automation, printing, or unified communications segment
- Established network in Mumbai/Goregaon commercial market
