Key Responsibilities
- Firewall Implementation & Configuration
- Deploy, configure, and manage Check Point, Palo Alto, and FortiGate firewalls.
- Perform firewall installation, upgrades, migrations, and policy implementations.
- Perform firewall installation, upgrades, migrations, and policy implementations.
- Configure and maintain security policies, NAT rules, and access control rules.
- Implement High Availability (HA) and clustering solutions.
- Perform firewall hardening and security best-practice implementation.
- VPN & Network Security
- Configure and troubleshoot Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN.
- Implement SSL VPN and IPSec VPN solutions.
- Manage threat prevention features such as IPS, Anti-Malware, URL Filtering, and Application Control.
- Security Operations & Troubleshooting
- Analyze logs and security events.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and firewall-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions.
- Support production changes and maintenance activities.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Create implementation plans, HLD/LLD documents, and SOPs.
- Maintain firewall configurations and change records.
- Participate in security audits and compliance activities.

Preferred Background
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and DNS.
- Experience with Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of SIEM and security monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Performed firewall implementation projects independently.
- Experience in firewall migration and deployment.
- Hands-on configuration of VPNs, NAT, Security Policies, and HA.
- Experience with production change implementation and troubleshootin
