Operating System Break fix

Operating system support for Desktops/Laptops, server, and networking equipment is a vital component of any hardware warranty program. To complement its hardware maintenance support and service, Galaxy Technologies provides technical software support. Our core software technical support offering includes a variety of operating system support functions that are delivered as part of a hardware maintenance plan. Our basic support plan is only put into action in the event of a break/fix incident. When such an event takes place, we can help to restore the operating system to its last functional state prior to the hardware failure.

Hardware Break fix

Our in-house Galaxy technology team provides a unique on-site hardware break/fix services for desktops, laptops, servers, tablets and networking hardware from all the leading vendors including HP, Dell, Lenovo and IBM. We provide break fix services to deliver enhanced IT support services without compromising on quality.
