Job Summary:
The Server administrators (or sysadmin or systems administrator) are responsible for the maintenance,
configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Should be able to work in competitive &
challenging environment in 24X7 shifts as per client holiday list

Responsibilities:
 Overall monitoring and management of the Hardware and Software and ensure system availability and reliability.
 Coordination for delivery/ installation of new hardware in stipulated time frame
 Installation and Configuration: Deploy, install, configure, and upgrade of Windows Operating Systems 2016 , 2019 ,
2022 etc.
 Overall monitoring and management of the project during and after installation for the full period of contract
 Hands on experience on Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Endpoints, etc. Knowledge of MS Exchange,
 Troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system related issues. Maintaining define policies and security
rights over Active Directories (Forest and Domain, Trust relationship, Group policy (in depth), File replication
Services, DNS, Client authentication, Certificate (PKI infrastructure).
 Monitoring & Management of Backup Application. Implementing and administrating network devices, setting and
maintaining policies and rights/ security within a Windows Server and Linux environment.
 Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Windows environments to ensure efficient
resource utilization and high availability.
 Responsible for testing and upgrading windows patches on regular basis. Daily/ weekly/ monthly network and
server health Infra related MIS reports.
 Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
 Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and
success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
 Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
 Raise issues with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
 Capacity Planning: Assess and plan for future capacity requirements, recommending hardware and software
upgrades as needed.
 Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate OS solutions into the overall IT infrastructure.
 Quality service delivery and Onsite team management
 Submission of periodical reports on the performance of the equipment’s and its reviews
 SLA Maintenance, Management & Reporting
